TRON DAO, a community-governed organization focused on advancing internet decentralization through blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps), announced today that Privy is broadening its support for the TRON blockchain. This expansion provides developers and enterprises with advanced tools to create and scale financial applications on the network.
Through this enhanced integration, developers can leverage Privy to create and oversee wallets and financial tools on TRON, benefiting from upgraded transaction, policy, transfer, and monitoring features. Teams can programmatically build, sign, and broadcast supported TRON transactions, track wallet actions and on-chain events via transaction and balance webhooks, and apply policy controls to establish spending caps, recipient allowlists, and rules for approving or restricting transactions. Additionally, Transfers APIs allow supported assets on TRON to be moved programmatically.
Combined, these features supply companies with the foundational technology necessary to build and manage stablecoin payment systems, treasury workflows, wallets, and other on-chain financial offerings on TRON.
“TRON has become an important network for stablecoin activity globally, and we want to make it as easy as possible for developers to build on that foundation,” said Justin Sun, Founder of TRON. “By deepening our integration with Privy, we’re giving teams more of the infrastructure they need to bring payments, treasury, and other financial products on-chain.”
TRON has emerged as a major international network for stablecoin transfers, with total transfer volume on the platform nearing $30 trillion. Its technology is increasingly relied upon for payments and treasury management, with organizations such as Onafriq and Paystack already utilizing Privy and TRON to construct wallet and treasury applications.
“We’re seeing more companies use TRON to move stablecoins across borders and build new financial products, particularly in markets where USDT is already an important part of how money moves,” said Henri Stern, CEO and co-founder of Privy. “Deepening our support for TRON gives these teams more of the infrastructure they need to build and operate at scale.”
This expanded partnership responds to rising demand for stablecoin infrastructure capable of supporting practical financial operations. By uniting Privy’s developer and wallet tools with TRON’s stablecoin ecosystem, businesses are equipped to develop applications tailored for payments, treasury administration, and other on-chain financial procedures.
